Privacy notice — Student Learning Portal
Draft for review by the SpireX Foundation team before the portal opens to students.
What we collect
Your name and email address, your cohort, the links and notes you submit, mentor feedback and scores, and your progress and certificate status. We do not collect Aadhaar numbers, bank details or other sensitive identity information.
Why
Only to run the programme: sign you in, show learning materials, receive and review your work, and prepare your certificate.
Who can see it
You can see your own work and feedback. Mentors assigned to your cohort and programme administrators can see submissions and feedback for that cohort. Nothing is public. Your certificate becomes publicly verifiable only through the existing certificate verification page, and only for the details shown there.
Security
Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and are never stored by the portal. Access is limited by role, and sensitive administrator actions are logged.
Your choices
Ask the administrator to correct your details or deactivate your account. Retention period: to be confirmed by SpireX Foundation.
